No! Our telehealth program is designed so you never have to visit our clinic. All consultations, follow-ups, and prescription management can be done virtually. Medications are shipped directly to your door anywhere in Texas.

We serve patients throughout the entire state of Texas. Whether you're in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or a rural area, we can provide telehealth consultations and ship medications to you. Some lab work may need to be done at a local facility near you.

All medications are shipped via temperature-controlled packaging when required to ensure potency. Shipments are discreet with no visible branding. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within Texas, and expedited options are available.

Telehealth coverage varies by insurance provider and plan. We recommend checking with your insurance company. Many of our telehealth consultations and medications are available at competitive self-pay rates if insurance doesn't cover your care.

You'll need a device with a camera and internet connection (smartphone, tablet, or computer). We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Have your photo ID ready, and any previous medical records or lab results if available.
